POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date you received your order. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and unopened
  • Item is in original packaging
  • All packing material included
  • All accessories included
  • Any manuals or documentation included
  • Requested within 7 days of receipt
  • Defective or damaged item (exchange)
✗ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
  • Item has been opened or used
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Request made after 7 days
  • Missing accessories or documentation
  • Change of mind after opening
  • Incorrect flavour selected by customer
⚠️ Partial returns: The value of any missing items, accessories, or packaging will be deducted from the credit or refund amount.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via Telegram at @darkrlabrp within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include the following information:

📝Reason for return

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will not be able to process a return without your order number and identifying information.

The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, here is what happens next:

We receive your returned item and inspect it against the eligibility criteria.

Notification Sent to You

We send you a message notifying you that your return has been received and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

STEP 2

Refund Processed (if approved)

If approved, your refund is processed and a credit is applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

STEP 3

Refund Appears in Your Account

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional business days to appear in your account.

Still waiting? If you have waited 7 business days and have not received your refund, please contact us immediately via Telegram at @darkrlabrp so we can investigate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect flavour selections made by the customer.

  • If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange to send you a replacement of the same item at no additional cost
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

To request an exchange, reach out via Telegram at @darkrlabrp with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with one exception:

  • Change of mind / unused returns — you pay for return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Defective or damaged items — we cover the cost of return shipping and will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage costs.
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on a change-of-mind return, the cost of original postage will be deducted from your refund total.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
