All orders are fulfilled via runner delivery. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our store will communicate your delivery ETA based on the drop details you provided at checkout — including your address, phone number, and any delivery notes.
There are no fixed processing times — delivery is coordinated directly between you and the store after your order comes through. You will be contacted as soon as your runner is ready to head your way.

All shipments include full Australia Post tracking. As soon as we receive your tracking number from Australia Post, we will:
- Update your order status in our Track Order section on the website
- Send the tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout
You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au using your tracking number, or through the Australia Post app.
We fully support delivery to PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses across Australia.

- Australia Post will deliver your parcel directly to your nominated address
- You will receive a notification from Australia Post when your parcel is ready for collection
- Parcel Lockers are available 24/7 for convenient after-hours pickup
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. There is no branding, product names, or any indication of contents visible on the outside of the parcel.

- Return address listed as a generic business name
- Contents are not described on the parcel exterior
Your privacy is important to us. We understand that discretion matters and take every step to ensure your delivery is as private as possible.
If Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g. no one home, incorrect address), they will leave a collection card or send a notification to collect from your nearest Post Office.
- Parcels held at Post Offices are typically available for 10 business days before being returned to sender
- If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping cost may apply)
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering — we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address
