To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and unopened
- Item is in original packaging
- All packing material included
- All accessories included
- Any manuals or documentation included
- Requested within 7 days of receipt
- Defective or damaged item (exchange)
- Item has been opened or used
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
- Request made after 7 days
- Missing accessories or documentation
- Change of mind after opening
- Incorrect flavour selected by customer
To initiate a return, please contact us via Telegram at @darkrlabrp within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include the following information:
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will not be able to process a return without your order number and identifying information.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, here is what happens next:
Return Received & Inspected
We receive your returned item and inspect it against the eligibility criteria.
STEP 1Notification Sent to You
We send you a message notifying you that your return has been received and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
STEP 2Refund Processed (if approved)
If approved, your refund is processed and a credit is applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
STEP 3Refund Appears in Your Account
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional business days to appear in your account.
STEP 4We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect flavour selections made by the customer.
- If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage
- We will arrange to send you a replacement of the same item at no additional cost
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with one exception:
- Change of mind / unused returns — you pay for return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Defective or damaged items — we cover the cost of return shipping and will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
